Prime Video has revealed the trailer for England’s Lions: The New Generation, a feature-length documentary chronicling the experiences of England’s emerging football stars as they navigate the immense pressure and glory of representing their country. The film provides intimate access to these players’ journeys, from their grassroots beginnings to the cauldron of the European Championships.
The UK Original documentary will launch in the UK & Ireland exclusively on Prime Video on Saturday 15 March.

The film follows some of England’s newest recruits, starring Cole Palmer, Kobbie Mainoo, Marc Guehi and Ollie Watkins, with key contributions from friends and family that shine a light on their journey to the international stage. The documentary will delve into the player’s origin stories: from playing non-league football, to rejection at academy level, the film uncovers the realities of fighting your way to the top, culminating in all four playing a major role at last year’s European Championships.
The documentary combines explosive match footage with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the England players at the tournament, featuring intimate moments with family members, friends and those closest to the players.
